What can I do with my mine/sister’s car?

Long story short I signed on a car with my sister. I’ve done this previously && it worked out fine , but this time around she’s absolutely destroying my credit due to late payments constantly . This has caused a ton of ruffles in our relationship where we barely speak anymore , I don’t know what to do . But gave her 2 months to get the car out of my name before August 1st . She still has not done so & it’s coming up on the 1st . My plan is to take the car from her & I want to know my options for after the fact . I can afford the payments , but just paid my car off at the beginning of the year so realistically do not want the payments . Is there any other options here ? TIA
