Can I manifest my SP back if im the one who cut him off ??

Background context : I just cut off my sp because I felt like he wanted to entertain other girls and he just wasn’t taking me seriously. Part of me regrets cutting him off but part of me knows that my self respect has to be greater then my desire to be loved. I still want to manifest him back but a different version , I want him to regret his actions and etc but don’t know where to start ?? How do I start ?
