Baral High tide Storm

Hello all, looking for some feedback on this list I've been brewing. I've been playing lots of [[Ral, Moonsoon Mage]] in CEDH and Blue Storm in Premodern which made me think if I can make mono blue storm for CEDH.

Most Baral lists I see are control decks but I'm specifically trying to be turbo. However, as with other turbo decks, this can pivot to playing draw engines. No good ways to tutor Mystic/Rhystic but you can reliably grab The One Ring plus some untapping shenanigans which can be quite powerful. Also a good fail safe if you whiff your storm turn since you can often set up permanents to control the game and win later. Obviously the main problem for blue is mana but Baral helps with that and I've found the High Tide + Artifact package to work quite well.
