Why are Dubai Hills Estate prices aren’t dropping?

I’m looking to buy in DHE. And I thought to use the current “buyer” market and snag a good deal. But Nope. Nothing. The prices are mostly with good profit above OP, and barely any seller is dropping a penny. I initially thought over-supply will push prices down, then thought maybe the unfortunate situation would, but neither.

What am I missing? Is DHE just protected against any dips? Where’s the major drop everybody is talking about?
