Huawei mate x7

Guys, I want your opinion about something. My neighbor offered me a Huawei Mate X7 for $660. It's like new; he bought it a month ago and hated it because it has no Google services. The price is low because Huawei has no market in my place and he can't sell it easily. I don't know what to do; the price is too good, but I don't need it, and sometimes I am thinking about selling my Honor and taking it. What should I do?
