Been working on something for a while and finally launched it — Tsunami, a clipper marketplace for Pakistan. Basically: brands post a campaign, creators submit clips (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and payouts are based on actual tracked views instead of flat influencer fees.

Why I built it: every "influencer marketing" setup I looked at here either meant negotiating a flat rate with one creator (no guarantee it performs) or going through an agency that takes a cut and adds weeks of back-and-forth. There wasn't really a self-serve way for a brand to say "here's my budget and rate per 1k views, go" and let creators just... submit content and get tracked automatically.

How it works:

Brands set a budget + rate per platform, campaign goes live in minutes
Creators verify their social account, pick a campaign, submit a clip link
Views get tracked automatically (no self-reported screenshots)
Payouts go through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer, with proof every time

It's early — real platform, real payouts, but still small.
