Pip process

I have been put on a 4 week PIP. Been at the company for around 14 months. Had the 4 week pip and said improvements have been made. Still been a coupe of issues. They have mentioned the next step is them speaking to hr. My manager and director are based in the US and said they will connect with Hr. What are my next steps? I am currently looking for other jobs as well
