Which bike is more worth it?

Cannondale SuperSix 2013 SRAM listed at 750, got it down to 625.

2012 Trek 2.3 for 400.

Looking for a first solid road bike. Are these fair prices for the bikes? I'm going to check them out in person this weekend but wanted some insight from yall if possible. Any advice is welcome.
