Tree branches touching power lines

I own a home and have noticed that branches from one of our trees have began to touch the power line that connects directly to the home. I am in a bit of a panic and want to fix it as soon as possible. I also notice though how many branches are touching in the city- I want to fix it but don’t want to spend a couple thousand dollars. Any good company recommendations or is it something we could do ourselves if OPPD turns the power off? Any information is helpful, thank you!
