Aching unlocked

I'm 52, 2.5 weeks post ltkr and doing well. Extension is at 0, flexion was 105 a couple of days ago, quads are firing beautifully, swelling going down and I wouldn't say I'm in pain, but my whole leg just aches, walking provides little relief. For anyone that experienced this horrible ache, how long did it last? Anything in particular help? I'm using compression but only when I ice using the NICE machine.
