2012 Nissan Sentra fuel gauge empty with DTE at 297

Haven’t driven it in about a week but I know I filled it around that time and when I start it my fuel gauge is completely empty but my DTE which only ever pops up when I’m low on fuel is sitting at about 297. Is there something I can do to reset this.
