Microphone for noisy environment?

Hi guys! I’m planning on a channel soon, but I’m a truck driver. I’m a bit uneducated when it comes to audio, so I was wondering what you guys would suggest for a mic that won’t pick up the ambient noise of the truck engine as much.

I know it’s probably impossible to eliminate it altogether, but maybe a mic or software that does noise cancellation so that when I talk it doesn’t pick the engine noise up as well?
