urgent rehoming, united states maryland

Two girls, both pet store rats and both under the age of 1 (i think.)
They were my cousins and they didnt know how to properly care for her. They’re both pet store rats and have been stuck in a small cage and they haven’t been played with.
I want them to go home with someone who’s willing to put in a LOT of time and effort into them. They’re very skittish.
Also—you would need a cage, proper accessories, etc, because they dont have them. I feel bad that I can’t buy them proper stuff but I planned to surrender them because my cousin didn’t care to.
I really hope this makes sense I’m urgently typing this entire thing has stressed me out. I want them to go to someone who’s really willing to work with them. If you’re interested please please tell me. Or recommend good rat rescues!!
