Explain Projected Draft Pick to Me RTG

I'm in my Sophomore season as an EDGE (probably 4 games in, undefeated).

Played my first year at Illinois winning several awards. I was a mid 1st round pick.
Transferred to Tennessee, playing great, and I'm currently a projected 4th round pick?
