Weight for 5'6 or 5'7 guy
I’m 169 cm tall— it's somewhere between 5'6" and 5'7"—and 20 yo. At what weight do you guys look well-built? I don't mean looking like a bodybuilder or a human brick wall.
Personally I already look good at 145–150 lbs—not big, but definitely not too small/too slim; I look well-built in tight t-shirts, and people compliment me on it. And at this weight, I bench press 220 lbs+. But I still feel like my calves are too small, and in baggier shirts, I lack that massive look that commands respect. I weighed 160 lbs once in my life, and while my physique looked bigger—in a good way—my face looked too big.
I think 165 lbs would look solid, and that’s my goal, but I want to achieve it without a chubby face or a bloated stomach. At the same time, it seems to me that anything over 170 lbs would be too much for my height. But maybe I'm wrong?
