white/yellowish slime after the emergency contraceptive pill

i (f19) noticed that after taking two plan b pills i started getting a lot if white and yellowish slime thingys on my liners

what happened is during petting(?) the condom ripped and even though i'm sure nothing went in/on the vagina, i still took the pill for safety.

i took the pills on 24/07 at 2am and after 12 hours, at 2pm, all in the span of 24 hours when that situation happened.

i was ovulating during taking pills, so i'm wondering if that can be the case? i don't know when ovulation started specifically (if it even started when i took the pills).

could it be a side effect? does anyone know? it's my first time taking plan b so i'm not really sure!

other side effects i noticed were diarrhea, and that i got a bot gassy, but that's it. i'm currently waiting to see if i'll have any bleeding.
