Ideas for anniversary?

Life has been chaotic…our anniversary is in 2 days and I can’t think of what to do. Our dating and marriage anniversary are the same date. It’s our 10 year dating anniversary, 7 year married anniversary. We've also been arguing a lot and we’re just in the throes of parenthood (hard to manage 4 year old, autistic 3 year old, and I’m currently 5 months pregnant). I’ve known that our anniversary is coming up but haven’t even been able to think of what to do because of things we’ve been dealing with with our kids. 😩

Any last minute ideas? Going out without the kids isn’t an option, so more like home date or gifts. I’m usually great with gifts but our life usually isn’t this chaotic and I am usually more well prepared. 😭 thanks for any ideas! For reference—in case it wasn’t clear by the statement that I’m pregnant—I’m the wife.
