Diarrhea and weight loss

Hello. I had a ruptured hemorrhagic ovarian cyst three weeks ago. I was told that it might irritate my bowel for a few days. I am now on three weeks of having constant diarrhea anytime I eat. In intense pelvic cramping before a bowel movement, decreased appetite, and I’ve lost about 18 pounds in the last three weeks. My PCP just keeps telling me to eat bland and take a probiotic while I have been doing that if I try to eat anything with substantial like an egg or a piece of plain chicken or even oatmeal, I need to be at a bathroom within four hours because I will have intense stomach cramps, and then diarrhea again. Up until three weeks ago I had normal bowel movements and never had an issue like this. I am getting more appetite so I would like to introduce more foods but every time I do same thing happens.
