Appreciate this subreddit, I have a question about technique

I appreciate this subreddit, as this discussion got me motivated to start resorting this year. Sort of a New Year’s resolution. I started with manual methods and now alternate between a CAR-1 and Mantor, and use Chris’ retainer while I sleep.

I never realized how uneven my circumcision as a baby was until I started restoring. Has anyone else had a similar observation?

Any tips on how to balance the skin out? The dorsal and right side are definitely much shorter than left or under side.
