Is 5.5 actually as smart as Terra?

I was always using 5.5 high/xhigh. When sol/Terra/luna came out, I'm using sol medium now but noticing that my tokens are finishing much much faster.

Would using Terra xhigh give me similar smart level as 5.5 xhigh? Or less? And token consumption?
