How to make house smell clean?

So I have anosmia (no sense of smell) and I'm always worried my house stinks. Can you guys give me tips and advice for making it smell nice?

I have 1 cat, a linen fabric sofa, linoleum floors, no garbage disposal, house is open concept mobile home so the living room and kitchen are side by side with no walls at all.

I like to use clean linen, cotton, or hotel scents.

I am disabled so the easier the tricks the better.
