Should I move from Baku to Moscow in pursuit of better life?

better salaries, better services, better communities and also a more accommodating language for me than the one I'm currently speaking. is it a great idea or not so? or should I move to St Petersburg? even with all the limitations and the war those Russian cities remain a much better option than Baku.
