should I be concerned?

My mum has had vascular dementi for 8 years, she lives with my husband and I. She is on respiridone twice a day to manage aggression. Other than making her a little sleepy there are no other side effects. Today I went to wake her gently from her sleep as I normally do for her medication that was due. She ofen wakes up at the time somewhat confused about the day and time but that is normal and expected. This morning I could not wake her up at all. I saw she was breathing, her diaphragm moving up and down like normal. She was warm and not sweating. I called her name for two minutes (not exaggerating) and gently touch her to not startle her. Eventually I did she her firmer and she finally woke up. She said that ahe heard me but couldn't wake up. She was scared and said she tried to wake up to my voice but couldn't. She knew who i was and where she was. She wasnt sweating or in any pain. I am worried she had some medical like a stroke or something? Has anyone experienced this before or have some advice please?
