Best Swords person?

Hiya was replaying JumpForce the other day and all the characters kept saying Rurouni Kenshin is the best swords man outta them. My guess was they ment in terms of pure skills/spirit.

Personally he is my favorite and arguably the reason i started learning fencing back in the day. I get his story is more normal then most other animes, despite the god like speed.

But it got me wondering. What are peoples thoughts on this? I know hes not the physically strongest. But do you need that to be the best?? Who would say is the best sword person? And for fun, whose your favorite??
