27 and alone

Hi all!
I’m almost 27 and never been in a relationship, never been kissed, absolutely nothing.
In my younger years I didn’t date because I was a closeted lesbian. As I got older, I’ve become more and more disabled and am now mostly bed bound due to pain. I have almost no friends (the ones I do have, I see maybe once a year) and I just can’t see myself ever getting in a relationship.
I have gained weight, I’ve never considered myself to be a very attractive person and I can barely leave the house.
I genuinely just cannot imagine someone wanting me.
I have nothing other than my dogs.
What do I do? How do I live like this? I feel so isolated and alone.
