Roblox Support Has Become Almost Impossible to Contact

I know Roblox has millions of users, but my experience with support has been extremely disappointing.
My account was permanently moderated because it was determined to be linked to another account. I still don’t understand why this connection was made, and despite several support requests, I never received a clear explanation.
What hurts the most is that I spent years building this account. I invested a lot of time, patience, and money into it by purchasing Robux and playing regularly. Losing everything because of an account link that I don’t understand has been devastating.
Every appeal I submitted was either rejected almost immediately or answered with the same generic response. It honestly felt like no real person ever reviewed my case.
I understand that Roblox cannot reveal its internal security systems, but players should at least have one genuine human review when their account is permanently moderated. A permanent ban is a serious action, and it shouldn’t feel impossible to get a meaningful response.
I’m not asking for special treatment. I just wanted someone to actually review my case and explain the decision instead of receiving automated replies over and over again.
Has anyone else experienced this? Were you ever able to reach a real support agent?
