Controller keeps disconnecting and reconnecting even when plugged in

I keep having problems with connectivity even though it's plugged in and every solution I found was only for keeping it wireless even though I prefer plugged in. I did everything that this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/DS4Windows/comments/c83scd/wiredwireless\_dualshock\_4\_on\_pc\_constantly/) did and it still happens. Is there anything I can do?
