Desperate for insights for Son

My son is 23 years old He struggles with anxiety, depression. He had idiopathic seizures 5 years ago and has been on Keppra. His doctors wont prescribe your typical antidepressants because of the seizure history. He is taking retatrutide but looking for something to assist his mood and anxiety. He currently smokes weed for anxiety relief and to shut his brain off at night to sleep He also has terrible heartburn even before the Reta and IBS. Can someone please share a similar journey and transformation.
