Vyvanse

Hi guys I recently got diagnosed with adhd and got prescribed Vyvanse 30mg. I got very sick like three weeks ago and had cyclospora so I decided not to take it and once I started to feel right I took my Vyvanse(I only took it like 3 times) bc I got sick again so I haven’t been taking it. But lately I can’t tell if I have shortness of breathe and my chest feels tight or if I’m bloated. Idk if it’s the Vyvanse that’s making me feel like this or the cyclospora.
