ISO Off-street parking spot to lease in Southside Flats

As title says, am looking to lease an off-street parking spot in Southside Flats, specifically around the Jekyll & Hyde bar/17th-19th St. area. There’s no commercial lots to rent from around there, so am casting a net to try to rent a privately-leased off-street spot in someone’s driveway or parking pad nearby. Thanks.
