2018 Honda Civic EX-T (83k miles) - Front left intermittent squeak/creakafter driving for bit any idea?
I recently bought a 2018 Honda Civic EX-T with 83k miles. I drove it about 500 miles home, mostly on smooth highways, and didn't notice any unusual noises or issues.
Once I got back to NYC, I drove on some rough roads with potholes and bumps. After that, I started noticing an intermittent "eek"/creak noise that seems to come from the front-left area. It usually doesn't happen immediately after I start driving—it begins after I've been driving for a little while. Once it starts, I can still hear it decently often, but it's most noticeable on bumps or uneven roads.
The steering feels completely normal, the brakes work normally, there are no warning lights, no vibration, and the car tracks straight. The car has brand-new brakes, and one of the wheel bearings was replaced before I bought it (I can't remember which side).
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
