RP6 Black screen when waking from sleep while charging via Power Bank (device stays powered on)
Anyone else run into this issue with the Retroid Pocket 6?
When I have the RP6 plugged into a power bank and try to wake it from sleep, the screen stays completely black and won't turn on. The device itself is definitely still running in the background because if I hold down the power button, I still get the normal haptic vibration feedback.
The only way to recover from this is to force a full reboot (holding power until it shuts off completely).
What's strange is that everything works completely fine when charging through my Anker 65W wall charger. It only happens specifically when charging via power banks. Also, ES-DE gets extremely slow to boot up right after this happens.
I'm guessing the power bank is switching PD protocols/voltages (like dropping between 9V and 5V or triggering a low-current mode) right as the device enters or leaves sleep, which crashes the display driver in Android while keeping the SoC active.
Has anyone found a workaround or fix for this power bank sleep bug?
Is forcing standard 5V/2A via a USB-A cable the only reliable solution right now?
