All My input audios no longer work for no reason

I film videos when I’m bored and I obviously talk in them and when I went to record one just there I had no input audios available on obs I check the nvidia recording thing and my mic was disabled (I was recording there with my mic 3 days ago). Iv been searching for a fix yet nothing is helping I have no clue why this happened and it’s driving me crazy since iv made no progress within the last hour of trying. If anyone know how to fix please lmk
