Mangmi Air X vs

Not sure if this is allowed but looking to get my first Retro without breaking the bank. Saw the Flip 2 (D1100) was on sale for $179 which seems like a decent mid range one (?)

Where would you put the Mangmi Air X compared to it? Heard good things, but looking to likely play up to 3ds. Can it cope just as well?
