Just because you didnt get to buy a 3-story house when you were 22 in todays age doesnt mean our parents had shit easy. Our parents as individuals had as much control over the happenings of the world as we do now. Its like our kids in the future clowning us for how we didnt stop elite pedophilia. Im not the oldest but I remember a time when all you could do to pass time was to just stare at your wall sometimes, while completely derealizing in your head without having any kind of resources to figure what the mental struggle you were going through was or if there even was a name for it. A time when us kids knew more about the online world than our parents did, and got hit with the nastiest wave of gore videos. Weve all seen a thousand unsolicited dicks, with the stark difference of no one giving any fucks about anyone of us going through it. No tiktoks about it with half a million likes and sympathy. Our parents had it even worse in a way. I remember when there wasnt a single sexual minority character in any media ever, and when I figured that part about me out as a teen, it truly felt like the world ended. Only for 6 of the 10 nearest Grindr profiles to me now have some form of “if youre over 23 fucking kill yourself” in their profile bios. No overexaggeration.

Also whats with the culture vulturing taking over an entire generation, that then turns around and is more segregated than anyone in the last 60 years? Losing hope...
