“Preflight/postflight”

What are your routine pre and post ride checks? I am pretty much relegated to weekend riding due to work/life but I typically go for a few hours in the mornings and get 150 or so miles in. As a professional pilot, I have a pretty standard pre and postflight routine. Just wanted to poll the Reddit minds for their practices. Typically I check tire pressures, roll tires (on stand) check brakes aren’t dragging, fluids (oil/coolant/brakes) chain tension and condition, and look for any obvious loose items. Throttle, clutch, brakes functioning. I’m sure there’s more but that’s about it. Once I’m done I’ll go through with a bike tool and check fasteners and the same items from above the. Check fluids again after a few minutes.
