Sony A7IV or Sony A6700

Hi Sony gang, i’m currently debating between the Sony A7IV or A6700. Im looking to pick them up for second hand, but i’d like the community’s feedback and advice on which could be a better choice for me.

I am planning to mainly use this camera for my restaurant’s food photography as well as videography for kitchen production, behind-the-scenes, and basically any videos for my social media. Im not looking to shoot cinematically for a production video for clients, purely for my own personal use.

With all these information, what would be the ideal camera, and why based on your experience from using (if any).
