What's it like being an amusement supervisor?

The location near me is hiring for one, and I have supervisor experience. Not sure if I'm gonna go forward with interviewing at all since they don't offer any tuition reimbursement and that's a benefit I'm looking for atm. But I'm curious what it's like. Thanks!
