Tools for doing fret job

Hi guys! Time has come to learn yet another important skill where you live somewhere where there is no guitar tech!

I want to learn how to do fret work but i am not quite sure what is necessary for it..
Buying stuff from Thomann and my budget is around 50/60e to get essential stuff if someone can kindly help ^ :)
