Can you romance all characters in one playthrough?

As the title states, can you romance all of the characters in your camp in one playthrough? I know Act 2 makes you lock down a companion but I want my Tav to be a ho and be with anyone and everyone. Curious if anyone has tried?

I worry there aren't enough events in Act 1 to gain everyone's approval and the party is the main place for flirting.
