Drophacking is possible?

I just played a game where we were winning 22 v 1 kill and we were steamrolling them, this at minute 13 (bronze elo). Then me and another teammate get disconnected, next I reconnect without losing internet in my computer, I just got the trying to reconnect message until I restarted the client.
Kept playing we were still winning 2X to X and torrets down and everything. Join back kept on farming and ganked 1 guy killed him and 3 teammates got disconnected a minute later again I had to reconnect 3 times before reconnecting to the match. No one from the other team got disconnected and after they reached us in kills and started beating us no disconnection again until they won the game, more farm same kills.
This was in Ranked BTW.
