Car sometimes won’t start, help please

TLDR: car sometimes won’t start, has to be in neutral. Works fine mostly.

Hi, I have a 2024 Kia carnival EX. So about a month ago car wouldn’t start. Brake wouldn’t push down to be able to push to start. Eventually it did after a few mins. Started up fine a few times that day. That night it did it again. Then the Car started fine for about 2 weeks and did it again. Wouldn’t start for a long time. Finally put it in neutral and started right up. Has worked fine for a couple weeks and just did it again. Immediately moved to neutral and started right up.
