Syncing Kicad 10 Config - Google Drive or similar

I've had trouble finding a satisfactory answer for this and I'm a bit too much of a KiCAD amateur to figure it out myself

I use Google Drive's Windows app to sync projects and libraries between my desktop and laptop

As I've started to use more plugins, its a bit of extra work to try and keep settings between the two installs the same, and have the plugin manager keep the same packages up to date.

Are there specific config files/paths/etc I could sync to realize this? Settings file, maybe the repository list file for the plugin manager? Themes would be nice as well but thats pretty straightforward to change, and easy to notice if I haven't
