Has anybody had a false positive with a stool test?

Also has anyone done a stool test earlier than 4 weeks after your treatment? What happened? I know it can cause a false negative to test too early. But I'm wondering if it can also cause a false positive. Seems less likely to do so from my research, but unclear.
