Where to take used motor oil?

Just went to Napa auto in Kihei and their tank is full. They said the Kahului Napa full too. Anyone know where I can go reliably to drop off this oil?

Also, county needs to create rules on companies that sell oil also need to offer recycling. You know people will dump in the trash if they can’t find a place to take it.
