There should be an option to hide posts/comments from private accounts

I think it’s fair that people can private their accounts, however I think that it would also be fair for people to be able to hide posts/comments from accounts that are private. I find it pretty annoying that a lot of posts/comments are from people with private profiles who can just be bots or trolls. It’d let users with public profiles with the setting on to only see content from other users with public profiles, like how Reddit used to be, without forcing people to have public accounts.
