Importing a Mercedes from UAE?

Dubai has a very good selection of Mercedes I am looking for. Specifically the Brabus 800 (2023-2025). I would like to get one imported into USA. Does anyone have experience with importing cars from overseas... specifically Mercedes that were originally built for USA emission standards. I have been to Dubai a couple times and have a dealership lined up that I want to work with, but would like some feedback. I also am interested to know how an imported Mercedes would be insured since I'm paying in cash at a significant discount?
