Just a thought, but if the real world versions of the cast were to put the headset on again, the brainscans would end up with radically different appearances.

I was just thinking about this, but the appearances of the cast are the result of a program Caine set up to create bodies that "perfectly encapsulate their mind files", pulling from their personalities, insecurities and more to give them form in the circus. Ragatha being a doll with a button eye is because of her feelings and relationship with her abusive mother, Zooble is a mix-and-match toy box character due to body dismorphia, etc.

So it stands to reason that if any of their real world counterparts came back and put on the headset, the resulting new mind file would look completely different due to having YEARS of personal growth and change since the last time. Maybe they'd have shared elements, but they wouldn't necessarily look the same.

Leeroy, for example, would probably create a new scan that looks nothing like Jax. Since putting on the headset, Leeroy got her life together, got housing, got a stable job, has a support network , and even identified as a transwoman (but is boymoding). So we probably wouldn't get Jax 2: Transfem Boogaloo since Jax's appearance is tied to Leeroy's then experience as an on the run, closeted transwoman who thought killed her mom. My personal headcanon is that if Leeroy put the headset on it would make a character that's maybe something like a feminine humanoid chameleon (since chameleons are synonymous with "blending in" and Leeroy is boymoding, i.e trying to blend in).
