I'm almost sure I'm Minnesota bound in a month or two. Give me a town that fits me.

I'm 38. My main type of work is courier work. I own a cargo van and want to do independent contractor work or work for an on demand service. Or get a job that lets me drive all day. I'm also an actor; theater and film, and do filmmaking and am one of those creatives. I'm not looking for NYC or LA type of stuff, just a few gigs to get my feet wet per year. I'm a coffee drinker. I love going to coffee shops with a light roast and chill vibe. It would be cool to have a place that has 1-2 good breakfast, lunch, and dinner joints. A movie theater. A gym. Nice walks and a semi quiet place. Minneapolis or St. Paul is an option, though I'd prefer a town or a place that's about 20-45 minutes from the city. Anywhere that checks all those boxes in Minnesota?
