Miata ND2 Seat Question

I've owned every generation Miata, and I currently have a ND2. I love the way the car drives but I hate the standard seats, after an hour my posterior aches. I've not had this issue with the other Miatas but I was also younger. Are the Recarro seats better and worth finding? Are there other solutions? I'm 6' so putting a cushion on top of the seat seems like a bad idea.
